- DELICIOUS YOGURT CAKE
INGREDIENTS (form 23x10x7cm)
200 g yogurt
3 eggs, room temperature
80 g melted butter (can be replaced with vegetable/coconut oil)
110 g of sugar / I don’t like very sweet pastries, if you want a straight sweet cupcake - add more / you can use a sweetener
zest of 1 orange or lemon
2 tsp vanilla extract (or almond, orange, coconut)
1 g salt
265 g flour
10 g baking powder
100 g of dried cranberries or raisins / you can and should add any berries and fruits in pieces, dried or fresh or frozen

BAKE 45-50 minutes at 175ºС / 350ºF on the top / bottom mode on the middle rack of the oven
