To quote from the Book of Wisdom:
Into a soul that plots evil, Wisdom enters not. She does not dwell in a body under the debt of sin. The Holy Spirit of Wisdom flees deceit. Wisdom penetrates & pervades all things. She is an aura of the might of God; a pure effusion of the glory of the Almighty. She is the spotless mirror of His goodness. And She, who is One with God, can do all things. She renews everything Herself; passing into holy souls; producing prophets & saints. What is more precious than Wisdom? The fruits of Her works are virtues. She knows things of old & infers those yet to come. Wisdom was present when God created the universe. Send Her forth to us, we pray, from Your holy heavens. Send Your Holy Spirit from on high.
