Trump during a meeting at the White House that Portland Mayor Keith Wilson and Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek are "covering up terrorism" and "helping antifa" cover up attacks on federal agents. In a letter to Noem on Tuesday, Wilson asked her to direct her agents to start wearing body cameras and stop using tear gas outside the ICE facility.
