That isn’t true. DJT remained CIC until he handed the reins of power over to an incoming president; and he didn’t do that. He never conceded and the nuclear football wasn’t relinquished. Who in their right mind would do so when it came to Joe? The act of treason was committed on November 3rd & the sedition was completed January 6th.
