There are between 300 & 350 mosques in New York City; almost 600 in New York State. The majority of them are in Brooklyn & Queens, where the number of mosques is estimated to be over 100 in each. There are only about a dozen mosques in The Bronx, & about half a dozen on Staten Island. I could not find even an estimation of the number of mosques in Manhattan; likely more than in The Bronx or Staten Island but far less than in Brooklyn & Queens.
It should also be noted that there are only ~200 firehouses within New York City. So then, if all 300 to 350 mosques within the city limits were to mysteriously combust simultaneously, there is no way the FDNY to could respond to all of them in time.
