• In the beginning: Health as God designed it:
This is Episode 1, and today we’re laying the foundation. We’re going all the way back—to Eden. The Garden wasn’t just the first home of humanity; it was God’s blueprint for living well. Everything Adam and Eve needed to thrive was there: real food, clean water, purpose, rest, relationship, and most importantly—fellowship with God. There were no pills, no preservatives, no stress hormones or disease. Health wasn’t something to be chased—it was simply lived.

  • If it were not for the collective accomplishments, developments, creations, inventions, & discoveries by White people over the centuries & millennia, half of the world would still be living in the Stone Age. And the other half, who managed to get into the Iron Age all by themselves would still nonetheless be having a pre-industrial & feudal existence.

  • The 1619 Project asserts the USA was founded on & financed by slavery. If true it only stands to reason for you to expect those former slave states be among the richest of the 50 states.

However, the 4 richest states are New York, Massachusetts, Washington, & California - with medium family incomes of >90 grand. NY ended slavery in 1827; MA in 1783. WA & CA never had it.

Viewed from a different angle: at 7% New Hampshire has the lowest percentage of people living below the poverty line; at 8% Utah comes in 2nd; Colorado & Delaware are tied for 3rd at 9%. NH abolished slavery in 1857. UT & CO never had it. During the Civil War, enslaved Africans accounted for only ~1% of DE's population.

  • When the Europeans 1st arrived in the New World, its indigenous peoples were still living in the Stone Age. Anything they have beyond that is secondary to contact with the more technologically advanced Europeans. Therefore, the net gain has been theirs. If anyone owes reparations to anyone, it is they who owe us, the descendants of those Europeans who leapfrogged them from their Neolithic existence into the Modern World.
